List Search

The List Search option is used primarily when you have a list of Accessions (taken from a spreadsheet, an email, etc.) Copy the list of Accession IDs into the Search box.

An accession identifier potentially consists of three components: prefix, number, and suffix. (Some genebanks may use only the prefix, whereas others may primarily use the prefix and the number fields. In any case, each accession in the database has a unique identifier – the combination of the three fields (when used) must be unique.

List Search has two radio buttons – "Available In GG, "available" indicates there is sufficient quantity to be distributed" or "All." All includes historic accessions. (Historic data may exist in the database, but no germplasm exists in the collection.)
